How to choose a foam for washing your face. The best foam for washing Water-based foam for washing

Facial foam is a light cleanser suitable for any skin type, especially oily or problem skin.

It not only has a good effect on inflammation and acne, but is also able to even out skin tone and rid the deep layers of the dirt accumulated during the day - dust and makeup.

Peculiarities

The main difference between facial foam and mousse, gel or other cleanser is its gentle, non-traumatic formula.

Initially, the product is a pearlescent gel for washing, viscous in consistency. But when it comes into contact with water, the foam begins to actively lather - if you soap your face without additional products, it turns out thick, if you use a sponge or konnyaku, it is truly soapy, airy and light.

Foam is also very economical - for one wash you only need a pea-sized amount, and if you use a foam jar or sponge - less in total. What is it for?

The foam is designed for high-quality deep and at the same time non-traumatic facial skin care.

It is an excellent product for both teenagers and those with mature skin, and is suitable even for men.

The foam penetrates into the deep layers of the skin and, what is very important, does not injure; it is very gentle, but actively cleanses the pores and prevents the formation of new inflammations.

The product is able to cleanse the skin of makeup and impurities, maintains the skin's water balance and washes away dust. Due to deep penetration into the dermis, it exfoliates dead and unhealthy skin particles. Kinds

  1. Facial cleansers are divided into several types depending on their purpose. Of course, it is quite logical that foams are divided into those suitable for different skin types: oily, mixed (combination), dry, sensitive, problematic and normal. However, one way or another, any type of dermis needs something specific. That is why additional cleansers, be it gel, foam or mousse, are divided according to functionality into:
  2. Cleansing. The most common option, suitable for ladies who do not have any special skin problems. Includes antiseptic and soothing components.
  3. Oxygen. Suitable for sensitive, problematic (if used a couple of times a week) and dry skin. Includes active moisturizing and nourishing components, but does not leave an unpleasant film on the skin.
  4. For removing makeup. It differs from others in that it has a more delicate composition, thanks to which it can be used on sensitive skin around the eyes without the risk of irritation of the mucous membrane.
  5. Matting. Ideal for oily, combination and problem skin. Its main advantage is deep cleansing of pores, closing them and getting rid of oily sheen. Thanks to washing with this foam, its appearance can be delayed for a couple of hours.

Foams are also divided according to consistency.

  1. Thick paste in tubes, bottles or jars. The best one can be considered the one that you need to beat yourself, or better yet, with the help of a sponge or a washing mesh.
  2. Gel consistency in bottles and tubes. Just like a thick paste, it requires foaming with the addition of water.
  3. In the form of an airy mousse. This foam is packaged in a bottle with a pump dispenser and pre-whipped. The most uneconomical option, and the foam is not as elastic and dense as in the other two options.

Compound

The higher a component is located in the list of ingredients, the greater its amount contained in the composition. As a rule, the first items on the list are water (thermal or mineral, water-based products are the most common) and various lathering substances, as well as extracts - green tea, chamomile, milk.

Further, the composition differs from the purpose of the foam. Products for mature skin may rightly contain placenta and hyaluronic acid; snail foams with pantohematogen or coenzyme Q10 are especially popular.

In foam against pimples and acne and for problem skin There will be various essential oils (tea tree, mint, citrus, pine, rosemary, since they have both drying and toning, healing effects), aloe, salicylic acid, yeast with sulfur, zinc, charcoal or activated charcoal. Products with acids - alpha and beta hydro-acids are very effective. They are designated in the composition as AHA and BHA.

Remember that acidic products are used only in winter, as they are incompatible with the active sun. This does not apply to foam with hyaluronic acid.

For dry sensitive or thin facial skin Chamomile and milk foam, coconut foam, with rice bran, with lactoferrin, bamboo and volcanic ash, which does not cause allergies, are suitable. Foam with blueberries or grapes perfectly moisturizes any skin type; egg foam is also virtually universal.

The foam should not contain aggressive silicones (sulfates) and parabens - products from the chemical industry, characterized by the fact that, accumulating in the deep layers of the skin, they clog pores, prevent the penetration of oxygen and provoke new inflammations.

The compositions are designated as SLS and Paraben and the most dangerous of them are Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Ammonium Laryl Sulfate. Parabens are extremely rare in facial products. Mineral oil is a derivative of petroleum refining, it acts similarly to silicones and is designated as Mineral Oil. Fragrances (parfum) in foams, as a rule, are at the end of the composition and do not cause much harm. An interesting feature is that if there is an asterisk (*) after the word parfum, it means the fragrance is naturally produced; below is a description of the essential oils included in its composition. The packaging of natural foam should say “free of sulfates, parabens and silicones.”

Benefits and harms

Like any product, even such a gentle one has its negative properties. For example:

  1. An incorrectly selected foam can aggravate skin problems. In this case, you need to carefully look at its composition.
  2. It can also dry out the skin. The point here is the wrong selection of products, as well as insufficient moisturizing and toning after washing.
  3. Foam cleanser, like any non-pharmaceutical facial product, can cause significant harm to skin with open wounds or stitches after surgery.
  4. The same applies to atopic dermatitis.

The main beneficial properties of foams include:

  1. Regulates the functioning of the sebaceous glands.
  2. Rejuvenates (with correctly selected ingredients and marked “for mature skin”)
  3. Prevents the appearance of pimples and acne, regulates inflammatory processes and lightens post-acne and age spots.
  4. Moisturizes.
  5. And, of course, it cleans thoroughly and carefully.

Popular manufacturers

At the company Nivea There are two very similar remedies - Aqua Effect Refreshing Mousse for Normal Skin and Cleansing Foam, suitable for dry and sensitive skin. The cost of each is about 200-300 rubles.

Cleansing foam Avon "Nutra Effects Cleanse" contains soap nut extract, which is its main advantage - which means the product does not contain parabens, silicones and soap. Suitable for combination, oily and sensitive skin. Cost - about 300 rubles per 150 ml.

Teana presents an exclusive foam with lactoferrin and heather extract, suitable for gentle cleansing of oily, combination and problem skin. This product is exclusive because of its main ingredient - lactoferrin. This is a protein with very strong bactericidal properties. It costs around 500 rubles.

Foam "KAO Biore Foaming Face Wash Marshmallow Whip" costs about 700 rubles and really resembles marshmallow in appearance and smell. The line includes three products for different skin types: foam with a floral scent for normal and combination skin (pink), anti-acne (green) and honey for dry skin (yellow).

"Doliva Mild schaumendes washgel" It costs only 200 rubles, but it has a simply amazing effect. It is made in Germany according to all European standards and does not contain harmful preservatives.

Among luxury cosmetics we can highlight Micellar foam cleanser La Roche-Posay. The main difference is that it simultaneously removes makeup and moisturizes the skin. After use, the face is smooth and soft, and the skin is elastic.

Cleansing mousse from a French brand "Avene Mousse Nettoyante" actually has the consistency of foam. It is suitable for sensitive skin of the face and area around the eyes, as well as oily and combination skin. A real universal remedy that costs less than a thousand rubles.

If we talk about Korean foams, then you should pay attention to the companies Holika Holika, Tony Moly, Secret Kay, Missha and Mizon.

Foam is not necessarily the brainchild of Japanese, Korean or European manufacturers. And domestic ones have a couple of products that will appeal to you.

For example, the brand “One Hundred Beauty Recipes” has a foam called “Moisturizing and Freshness.” It is enriched with grape, aloe and black tea extract. Designed for any skin type, and costs about 60 rubles. The company stands out "Bark" with your own phyto gel foam.

"Evisent" presents a facial foam with yeast and sulfur, suitable for oily and problem skin. It does not contain aggressive detergent components and costs about 200 rubles per 160 ml.

"Clean line" produces foam with chamomile extract for any skin, and the soap company "Spivak"- foam with lavender and tea tree.

How to choose

The process of selecting cosmetics is individual and often causes certain difficulties. There are several “whales”, based on which you can choose almost any facial product, including foam.

  1. Focus on your skin type. Since foam is a product for the skin, its type plays almost the most important role. It is clear that a product for dry skin will never be suitable for oily skin, and “washes” for mature skin will not have a wow effect on young girls.
  2. Don't forget to pay attention to the labels. No matter how much manufacturers praise their products and call them the best, if you discard unnecessary epithets, you can get fairly reliable information about the functions of the product. It is unlikely that a product intended for moisturizing will be drying.
  3. Read reviews. The opinions of ordinary customers like you can be much more useful. Read the opinions of other customers, compare them with what is written on the label and what you need. It is thanks to this that you can perform a full analysis of the product.
  4. Pay close attention to the price/quality ratio. Despite the fact that mass market prices are much lower than luxury or pharmacy cosmetics, remember that you cannot buy the cheapest product without looking - for your own safety, find information about it. Also, the price depends on where you buy the product - in a pharmacy or a large chain of branded stores it will always be a little cheaper than in online stores (due to delivery) or in supermarkets. Remember that in the case of Korean foams, this point is not particularly important - since they are considered the safest and it is quite possible to find a good product for literally 300-400 rubles. But pay attention to the expiration date and integrity of the packaging. This applies to any cosmetic product.
  5. Alternate one foam with others or replace depending on the time of year. This is done so that the skin does not get used to one product and it does not become less effective. For example, if you have problematic or dry skin, you can wash your face with foam in the morning, wash off your makeup with it, and at night use antiseptic healing “washes” - tar, sulfur or boric soap, for example. For dry skin, mousse is a good alternative. There is also the option of using two different foams - for example, tonic in the morning and soothing at night.

How to make it yourself

It is not necessary to buy ready-made foam for washing; you can try to make it yourself. To do this, you will need a soap base, distilled water, oil for the base and a couple of drops of any essential oil (for dry skin it is better to use lavender, rose, tangerine or lemon, for oily or problematic skin - rosemary, mint, lemon or fir), as well as bee wax.

The ingredients (except for essential oil) are thoroughly mixed and placed in a water bath. Next, you need to beat the product with a mixer into a light foam, while simultaneously adding three to four drops of esters. The finished foam is placed in a glass container and sent to a cool, dark place.

How to make foam for washing with your own hands, see the video below.

How to use it correctly

There are several ways to use this tool. The first is traditional European. In this case, you need to take a drop of foam, foam it a little in your palms and apply it to wet facial skin. The foam is thick and dense. It is believed that this option is not suitable for oily and combination skin, since the active substances do not penetrate the skin deeply enough.

For the second, safer option, you will need a silicone sponge, a foam mesh or a konjac sponge. You will need to take the same pea of the product and thoroughly beat it into foam on a damp sponge/mesh, apply to pre-moistened skin and, moving along massage lines from the center of the face to the periphery, cleanse the skin, then rinse off the foam.

According to the rules of this system, you need to spend four minutes removing makeup with oil, two minutes with whipped foam, and again wash your face with cool water for four minutes to close the pores and tone the dermis.

I gave up cleansing foams five years ago. And although they shouted from the TV screens: “Do you have oily skin? Enlarged pores? Rashes? All you need is to deeply and thoroughly cleanse your skin, and the problems will melt away like sebum under the influence of our “vigorous” foams!” I'm exaggerating this, of course. Although there is still some truth here. In this post, we’ll figure out why those with oily skin should pay special attention to the composition of cleansing foams, whether there are soft foams for makeup remover, and we’ll look at the compositions of the most popular foams, the names of which you wrote to me in the Greenwashing project.

Do you need facial cleansing foams?

Not needed. Needed. This question is difficult to answer unambiguously. Or rather, you don’t need foams with strong surfactants that dry out the skin. And it doesn’t matter whether you have dry skin or not. If your skin is dry, then tensides will make it even drier. If the skin is oily, then such foams will remove sebum, but since strong tensides, for example, SLS, remove much more of this protective lubricant than necessary, the skin begins to produce even more sebum in a panic. The skin becomes oily and shiny faster, the sebaceous glands become clogged and inflamed.

In addition, if the foam contains strong detergents, then it is unlikely to be suitable for "fat-free night care", which formed the basis of the care philosophy of brands such as Dr. Hauschka or Martina Gebhard, and which I heartily recommend to all owners and owners of oily problem skin prone to inflammation. I wrote more about this care in the article “” and a little in the article ““.

Cleansing foams – CANDIDATES

For this post I selected the following cleansing foams for washing:

  1. by-cosmetics Cleansing foam
  2. Spivak Cleansing foam for washing
  3. Natura Siberica Foam mousse for washing
  4. L'Occitane Immortelle Cleansing facial foam
  5. La Roche Posay Effaclar Cleansing foaming facial gel
  6. Garnier Gel-foam for washing Main Effect
  7. Bioderma Hydrating facial cleansing foam
  8. Shiseido Foam for deep skin cleansing
  9. Clinique Cleansing facial foam for problem skin
  10. Himalaya Herbals Cleansing facial foam with neem
  11. Clarins Facial foam with cotton extract
  12. Clean line Foaming cleanser with chamomile

I analyzed the composition of the foams and gave them ratings. What I paid attention to in the test:

  • Does the product contain SLS (Sodium Laureth Sulfate), one of the most irritating surfactants?
  • Does the product contain synthetic fragrances?
  • Does the cleansing foam contain parabens? In fact, parabens are rarely used in such cleansers. But since it is important for you to know, I included this criterion.
  • What others critical ingredients does it contain foam? Allergenic preservatives? Critical softeners? Controversial PEG derivatives?

The content of these ingredients influenced the rating, although for fragrance content ( parfum) I did not lower the rating, since it is never clear what is hidden behind this word. The manufacturer is not obliged to disclose a “company secret”. But in 99% of cases the rule applies - if only the word is indicated parfum, the product most likely contains a synthetic fragrance, if there is a * after the word, and at the end of the list of ingredients the individual components of essential oils are indicated, for example, Linalool, Citral, etc., it means behind the word parfum hides a complex of essential oils. Cleansing foams – RESULTS

Facial cleansing foams – SUMMARY

by-cosmetics, Spivak, Natura Siberica do not contain irritating surfactants, critical fragrances and preservatives, or other hazardous substances. Only in foam Natura Siberica there is a fragrance. These foams get rated GREAT .
  1. In foam L'Occitane contains the preservative Phenoxyethanol. Despite the fact that it is classified as a critical preservative by almost all standards of organic cosmetics, the Soil Assosiation eco-standard still allows it. Therefore, when grading, it does not have the same weight as, for example, a caton. There is also a PEG derivative in the foam. Grade - FINE.
  2. Foams from Garnier And La Roche Posay contain irritating SLS, which can dry out the skin of the face, and PEG derivatives, which can make the skin permeable to other substances from cosmetics and the environment. In foam Garnier contains the softener Polyqanternium-7, which is often used as a replacement for silicones, lays a film on the skin and does not allow it to “breathe”. As in foams Bioderma And Shiseido, the allergenic Disodium EDTA is also found here. Also in foam Bioderma There is a critical preservative called Cetrimonium Bromide. Foam Shiseido does not contain SLS, but does contain the equally irritating Poloxamer 184, created on the basis of PEG derivatives. Rating of these foams – SATISFACTORILY .
  3. In foam Himalaya Herbals, Clarins And Clean line contains the critical, highly allergenic preservative katon (under these names two preservatives are hidden methylchloroisothiazolinone And methylisothiazolinone, or one of them). This preservative has been shown to cause contact dermatitis. In addition, in foams Himalaya Herbal s and Clarins there is a dangerous preservative BHT that penetrates the body and is even suspected of affecting the development of the fetus. Well, the classics of the genre - Disodium EDTA, Tetrasodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, PEG derivatives... Rating - UNSATISFACTORY .
  • When buying facial foam, pay attention to the fact that it contains non-irritating tensides as Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Ammonium Laryl Sulfate, and soft Coco Glucoside, Decyl Glucoside, Disodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate
  • If you have very dry skin, I recommend giving it a try. remove makeup with milk or emulsion
  • I do not recommend using foam in the morning, during the night the skin did not have time to get dirty, all of your skin secretions are water-soluble. When you wash your face with foam in the morning, you disrupt the acid-base balance of the skin.

Purpose, benefits and contraindications to the use of foam for washing. Review of products for dry, oily and baby skin.

Purpose of foam for washing

Many people will think that they can safely use regular soap to clean their skin, because it copes well with dirt and is able to remove makeup. In fact, this is not true, since soap dries out the epidermis, causing dryness and the appearance of early wrinkles. That is why special products are recommended for daily washing. Foam can be considered one of the universal products.

Functions of foams and gels for washing the face:

  • Removes makeup. Using foam, you can remove foundation, powder, and even remove waterproof cosmetics from eyelashes and lips.
  • Maintains water balance. Unlike soap, foam does not dry out the skin, since it does not contain alkali, and its acidity is close to the pH of the skin.
  • Washes away dust and dirt. In addition to makeup, using foam you can also remove dirt that has accumulated on your face during the day. When dust is mixed with skin sebum, a dirty coating is obtained, which provokes acne and comedones.

Beneficial properties of facial wash

In addition to cleansing the skin, facial wash can relieve you of many dermal ailments and slow down the aging process. It all depends on the composition of the product and additives.

Benefits of foaming cleanser:

  1. Normalizes the functioning of the sebaceous glands. Such products often contain hyaluronic acid and tea tree oil. These components normalize sebum secretion.
  2. Rejuvenates the skin. Some products contain substances that stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. Products with placental formula and snail mucus can be considered especially useful.
  3. Prevents the appearance of acne. Thanks to the content of natural essential oils, facial washes block the growth of pathogenic microflora on the face. Products with salicylic acid and zinc can be considered especially useful against acne.
  4. Eliminates pigment spots. There are special whitening foams that contain components that lighten age spots and freckles.

Contraindications to the use of facial washes

Despite the beneficial substances contained in facial washes, not everyone can use them.

List of contraindications:

  • Allergy to the components of the product. Allergy sufferers should read the composition of facial washes and choose those that do not contain substances that cause allergies.
  • Atopic dermatitis. With this disease, any cosmetic products are contraindicated, except for special ones that retain moisture in the tissues.
  • Conditions after surgery. If there are stitches or open wounds on your face, you should not use foam cleanser. This may cause burning or allergies. In addition, swelling may occur.

  3. After the foam covers your entire face, you need to rinse it off with plenty of water.
  4. When using foam for oily skin, you should finish washing by rinsing with cold water. This will tighten the pores.
  5. Next you should apply cream or lotion.
How to choose a foam for washing - watch the video:

Foam cleanser is an excellent product for skin care and cleansing. It will help wash away any remaining makeup after a working day, as well as remove dust.

Washing is a mandatory daily procedure.

By washing, we cleanse the skin and rid it of dead cells. In the morning we tone it, vitaminize it, prepare it for applying cosmetic products, and in the evening we get rid of the remnants of makeup, dirt, dust and sebum produced by the skin during the day. Of course, washing with plain water, without adding products, will not give any special effect, even if you use special brushes.

Therefore, sooner or later we are faced with a choice: which cleanser should we choose to help our skin?

In this article we will tell you about foams!

After all, foams are the most popular product for cleansing the skin when washing. They are beyond competition, we constantly want to try new products, or, on the contrary, having fallen in love with one product, we cannot do without it.

How to choose a foam for washing, what to start from, and how to use it depending on its type?

Foam cleanser, like any cosmetic product, is selected based on your skin type. It is by this type that foams are divided. The ingredients for their creation are completely different - if in a foam for oily skin you will most likely find salicylic acid, then a foam for dry and sensitive skin will contain hyaluronic acid or collagen. You should not use foam for oily skin on dry skin, and vice versa - otherwise you can disrupt the water balance of the skin, and either get an oily sheen, or tightness and flaking.

So, more about the composition of foams:

1. For dry skin

As mentioned above, such foams contain hyaluronic acid, herbal extracts, snail mucin, and aloe vera juice. All these ingredients prevent the appearance of peeling, a feeling of skin tightness and irritation, which, alas, are constant companions for those with dry skin. In addition, such foams have a more delicate texture.

Remember the advertisements that say that with shaving foam or gel, your (well, not yours, but a man’s) skin will be soft and velvety, there will be no tightness, no irritation, no acne. They declare that shaving foam has anti-inflammatory, soothing, cleansing and softening properties. This is exactly the effect that is necessary in the treatment of acne: pimples, black and white spots, subcutaneous rashes. All that remains is to adapt it into a scrub for use on delicate women’s skin. Men's shaving foam and soda can be a real salvation for the face.

How does the product work?

Without hesitation, an acne scrub based on shaving cream was developed. Its effect was enhanced by soda. And this is what happened:

  • This mask kills bacteria and microorganisms that cause suppuration.
  • Dries out the face and tightens pores.
  • Soothes the skin and prevents irritation.
  • Has a deep cleansing effect, eliminates traffic jams in the intercellular space
  • Dries the skin, makes it matte, reducing the secretion of glands

Foams and gels for men usually contain substances, some of which have a beneficial effect even on the more delicate women’s problematic skin:

  1. Propylene glycol is a humectant that cosmetologists, however, recommend avoiding in any cosmetics. The fact is that recent studies have proven that the substance retains moisture and absorbs it, but not from the external environment, but from the skin itself.
  2. Chamomile extract, aloe, etc. – antimicrobial and sedative. The main thing is that it is really present there, and not a synthetic substitute.
  3. Sodium benzonate is a preservative that is very drying to the skin. In principle, we need this in this case.
  4. Mineral oils are not recommended in caring cosmetics, but in this case they partly play into the hands: they soften, prevent blockage of the ducts, and destroy fats. In a word, they prevent the formation of blackheads and irritations.

Baking soda almost instantly destroys the very top protective layer of the skin, quickly penetrates the pores and eliminates any impurities, leaving them no chance. The effect is truly lightning fast, which is very rare to find in home cosmetology. But, unfortunately, it is short-term - the product will have to be used periodically.

Sodium carbonate is also an excellent antiseptic, and it can also be considered a regenerating agent, but only due to the fact that the skin is forced to quickly produce new cells for protection.

In combination, foam and soda give a fairly strong effect. However, the mixture turns out to be explosive, so pay special attention to the recipe and simple rules of application.

Most popular recipes

Everything is simple here, each mask consists of 2-4 ingredients:

  1. Take some foam, quickly mix with half a teaspoon of baking soda and rub the problem areas with your fingers. Leave for 10 minutes, rinse with warm and then cold water.
  2. Take a teaspoon of very fine salt and soda, mix with 2 tablespoons of gel or foam. Leave for 10 minutes, no need to massage.
  3. Whisk the egg white, add the foam and a teaspoon of sodium carbonate. Massage your face in problem areas for a few minutes, rinse with warm water after 15 minutes.
  4. Add the same amount of lemon juice to a level teaspoon of sodium carbonate. Mix these ingredients, add a little water if the substance is too loose. Apply the scrub to the problem area, massage for 2 minutes. Then wipe the residue with a cotton pad and apply a thick layer of foam for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix the foam with a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide and half a teaspoon of sodium carbonate. Apply for 15 minutes.

To minimize the risk of burns, emollient components are added to sodium carbonate: organic soap, oatmeal, nourishing or moisturizing cream, zinc-based cream, and even cottage cheese or yogurt. Shaving foam or gel can also be used as a stand-alone cleanser.

In total, the treatment may look like this: cleanse your face, wipe it with tonic, wash with warm water, apply a soda mask according to your skin type, remove the product with water, apply a little foam, massage the skin and wash with water. Finally, close the pores with tonic or cosmetic ice.

Subtleties and security measures

There are no recipes at all, but there are a lot of precautions:

  1. If you have dry or combination rather than oily skin, use a gel rather than foam for cleansing.
  2. If you have superficial acne, use baking soda with extreme caution.
  3. If the lesions are pustular, discard this remedy until the inflammation goes away.
  4. You need to massage the skin very carefully. If you experience a burning sensation, remove the mask.
  5. If you leave the mask on too long, you will get burns and the skin will peel off, like a sunburn.
  6. Listen to your feelings. If the surface itches or burns, remove the composition, even if only a minute has passed. Apply nourishing cream.
  7. Don't take too much foam - one small ball is enough.
  8. The mask is applied only to cleansed skin with well-washed hands.
  9. Before use, you should not steam your face or subject it to other similar tests. Baking soda plus foam is both an exfoliant, an increased surface temperature, and an antiseptic.
  10. Before use, moisten your face with warm water.
  11. Remove the composition with warm and then cool water.
  12. This cleaning can be done no more than once every 2 days if the skin is oily and once a week if it is dry.
  13. After the procedure, apply a moisturizer, especially if your skin is dry.

Shaving foam with soda is a rather controversial product. However, there are many people who call it a real salvation from acne and blackheads on the face. Try it for yourself, be sure to follow the rules and recommendations. Perhaps after this you will forget about skin problems.
