Kombucha in cosmetology. Kombucha for facial skin Kombucha in cosmetology for the face

Kombucha infusion is a natural skin care product. It stimulates the excretory functions of the skin, improves blood circulation, smoothes and tones the skin.

This product has a surprisingly wide variety of cosmetic uses, and during many procedures it has both therapeutic and cosmetic effects.

Sebum and sweat, covering the skin with a thin layer, create an acidic environment that is unfavorable for many microorganisms that cause various skin diseases. The skin, which is naturally acidic, thus performs an important protective function in relation to the entire body.

The vast majority of soaps damage this protective layer of the skin because they contain alkali. If your body or scalp is itchy, it usually means you've used too strong a cleanser and it has altered your skin's natural acidity. When acid is used as a cleanser, the skin receives a natural product that meets its natural needs.

Therefore, after washing with soap, it is necessary to rinse the skin with an infusion of kombucha aged a month or more.

Rubbing the skin with kombucha infusion restores its acidic environment, so the infusion has proven itself to be an effective skin care product.

The basis of skin care is to cleanse it with a mild detergent that does not destroy the natural acidity of the skin.

Kombucha infusion is added to the water when taking a bath. It is used to make lotions for facial skin care, mouth rinses and hair rinses. This lotion gets rid of dandruff and gives shine to your hair.

Cosmetic products using kombucha infusion are useful for any skin type. Below we offer you several recipes.

Secrets of daily skin care using kombucha

Massage with Kombucha infusion

Add two to three tablespoons of a month-old kombucha infusion to a liter of water and, after washing with soap, wipe your entire body with this infusion. This procedure will remove all soap residue.

For some time, the kombucha infusion will act as a natural deodorant. If you do not have the opportunity to massage with kombucha infusion daily, be sure to perform it at least once a week.

Shared bath

When taking a bath, add a quarter liter of one-month aged kombucha infusion to the water. Stay in the water for at least 15 minutes to give the acid time to work on your skin.

Baths with infusion have a lasting regenerating effect on tired and dull skin.

Natural deodorant

In order to get rid of the unpleasant odor of sweat, first wash your armpits with soap and then wipe with a towel soaked in a month-old infusion of kombucha.

This is a very effective remedy. The infusion destroys bacteria that cause unpleasant odor, refreshes and tones the skin without disturbing its natural acidic environment.

Acne treatment

A mixture of a monthly infusion of kombucha with lavender flowers contains components that are especially beneficial for the skin. This mixture cleanses and soothes unhealthy skin covered with acne and pimples.

For cooking anti-acne bath mixture you will need a handful of dried lavender flowers. Fill them with 250 ml of kombucha infusion, seal the container with the mixture and leave in a cold place for three weeks.

Then the mixture should be filtered and the resulting infusion added to the water while taking a bath.

Lavender Bath Additive

Components that are especially beneficial for the skin are contained in a mixture of a month-old infusion of kombucha with lavender flowers.

This supplement soothes and clears unhealthy skin covered in blackheads or pimples.

Place a handful of dried lavender flowers in a non-metallic container and pour a quarter liter of kombucha infusion over them. Cover the container tightly and place in a cool place for two to three weeks.

At the end of this period, strain the infusion and add to the water while taking a bath.

Care for dry and aging skin

For dry skin, we present two recipes where kombucha infusion is combined with components containing fats.

Avocado mask

To prepare this mask you will need the following ingredients: two egg yolks, a third of a liter of one-month aged kombucha infusion, two tablespoons of burdock oil, two teaspoons of avocado pulp, a teaspoon of lemon juice.

Using a mixer, beat the egg yolks until foamy; while beating, gradually add the kombucha infusion and burdock oil.

Mash the avocado pulp with a fork, add it and lemon juice to the yellowish mixture and quickly beat with a mixer.

The resulting mass should be used immediately after preparation. This mask has a beneficial effect on dry and aging skin.

The mask should be applied in the evening after thoroughly cleansing the face and left overnight. In the morning, the mask should be washed off with warm water. If you were unable to use up all the prepared mixture and have some left over, place it in the refrigerator on the middle shelf and be sure to use it the next evening.

Bran mask

Heat four tablespoons of a month's infusion of kombucha without bringing to a boil. Add to it three teaspoons of honey and three tablespoons of wheat bran.

Clean your face thoroughly, apply a mask and leave for half an hour. Then wash your face with warm water.

Hand and nail care

Chapped rough hands

By mixing equal amounts of olive oil and kombucha infusion, you will get an effective treatment for rough, cracked hand skin.

Use it after every hand washing and especially before bed.

You can put thin cotton gloves on your lubricated hands to avoid staining your bed linen.

Thanks to the use of this mixture, the skin of the hands becomes smooth and elastic again.

Brittle nails

Both hair loss and brittle nails and the appearance of white spots on them indicate a lack of silicic acid, calcium and sodium in the body. And since all these substances are contained in the kombucha infusion, regular and long-term – at least six weeks – use of the infusion will make up for this deficiency.

Before applying nail polish to your nails, wipe them with a swab dipped in kombucha infusion. The infusion will cleanse your nails of oil, making your nail polish last longer.

Age spots

Age spots on the skin of the hands can be lightened with a mixture of a month-old infusion of kombucha and onion juice.

Mix one teaspoon of onion juice and two teaspoons of kombucha infusion. Apply this mixture to your hands before going to bed, leaving it on overnight. Don't wash your hands until the next morning.

As a result of long-term and regular use of this mixture, brown spots on your hands will lighten.

Feet care

Horny skin on the soles of the feet and calluses

You can get rid of keratinized areas on the soles of your feet, dry and wet calluses and corns using wraps and compresses with kombucha infusion.

Before going to bed, take a warm soapy foot bath for ten minutes.

Soak a piece of cloth or bandage in a three-month infusion of kombucha and apply it to the keratinized area or callus. Strengthen the compress with a bandage or wear cotton socks.

Leave the compress on overnight. Repeat the procedure until the callus or keratinized area disappears.

Unpleasant foot odor

In order to get rid of the unpleasant odor, make a foot bath from a month-old infusion of kombucha.

Kombucha infusion can compete with modern disinfectants, which almost completely destroy harmful microorganisms. However, the effect of the infusion is much milder, which in some cases is its undoubted advantage.

A suitable cosmetic product is selected by trial. After using each new product, carefully observe how your skin reacts to it. This will take you some time.

Kombucha infusion cosmetics are beneficial for any skin type. Choose the recipe that suits you best.

Another interesting fact is that the beneficial infusion of kombucha is obtained from green tea, and not from black tea. This happens because green tea contains more antioxidants, which slow down aging and the development of atherosclerosis.

How to use kombucha for facial skin? What skin problems can kombucha help solve?

Kombucha: face lotions.
The drink tastes sour. Once on the skin, products based on it cover it with a thin film, thereby creating an acidic environment that kills microorganisms that cause skin problems. When an acidic natural drink comes into contact with the skin, the pores open - the skin “breathes”.
Kombucha for oily skin: washes.

As the mushroom grows, you need to change the container in which it will grow. This needs to be done gradually.

Not everyone knows that kombucha kvass is an excellent deodorant that not only eliminates the smell of sweat, but also eliminates the cause of its appearance. The acidic environment fights bacteria, which, when multiplying, emit a sweaty odor. It is enough to wash your armpits and then wipe them with a handkerchief or napkin soaked in sour kombucha kvass. The smell will disappear.

The first thing to do is cleanse the skin with any product. Soak a terry cloth in hot water. Apply the napkin to your face for 2 minutes, then remove it. Soak a cotton napkin in the mushroom infusion. Squeeze and apply the lotion to your face for 5 minutes, covering it with a warm napkin.

Many people like to wipe their face with ice cubes. The effect will be much better if you take the drink from aged kombucha as a basis. The more sour the kvass, the better. After you wipe your skin with ice, don't forget about a nourishing face cream.

Wash with warm water and dry your face well with a towel.
After cleansing with kombucha, your facial skin will be pink and fresh.

To prepare an anti-acne lotion for problem skin, you need to take a glass of heated tea kvass, add dried lavender (2 tablespoons), and let it brew in the cold for at least 3 weeks. The mixture should be filtered and wiped on problem skin with acne or added to water for washing.

The easiest way to use sour infusion for facial skin is to rinse with kvass after washing with soap. You can wipe your face with a cotton pad dipped in tea kvass: you will wash away the remaining soap that destroys the acidic environment of the skin.

Kombucha: face masks.
Sebum on the skin creates an environment in which dangerous microorganisms multiply. Kombucha facial masks create an acid barrier, cleanse, nourish and protect.

Kombucha, like the equally popular Japanese rice and kefir mushrooms, are living organisms that are formed by the mutual existence of several types of substances. Kombucha does not occur naturally in nature. It is grown in a sweet and sour environment. If earlier it could be seen often in homes, today kombucha is not so easy to get.
The list of beneficial properties endowed with tea kvass – as we call this organism – is impressive.

How is kombucha beneficial for facial skin?
Today, you can choose and buy cosmetic skin care products without any problems, but if you grow kombucha at home, you can prepare lotions and masks for the skin yourself.
Today on the “Beautiful and Successful” website we will tell our readers how to use kombucha for the skin, how to make lotions and masks from it, and also share a recipe on how to grow a mushroom at home for those who do not have the opportunity to take it from someone "baby" for its reproduction.
Benefits of kombucha for skin.

Some sources recommend carefully removing the film and transferring it to a 0.5-liter jar, pouring fresh sweet tea. But on the forums they say that there is no need to rush to transfer the “embryo” of a future pet. It is better to wait until something similar to a small jellyfish - a slippery substance - forms in the cup. Sometimes this takes a month.

You need to grate 150 g of cottage cheese, add 3 tbsp to it. l. sour infusion and cosmetic clay. Beat the mixture well until it becomes creamy.

What masks can be made with kombucha?

There is no kombucha - how to grow?
If you don't have kombucha at home, try growing your own. To do this, you need to leave the sweet tea in a warm place for several days. After 4-5 days, a film should form on it - this is the “germ” of kombucha. Now it needs to be raised.

TEA MUSHROOM IN COSMETOLOGY

Of course, the modern market has a fairly wide range of all kinds of cosmetics, but having “kombucha” at home you don’t have to spend money on super-expensive cosmetics, which do not always give the desired effect and positive results. Kombucha infusion can be used for cosmetic purposes, which is in no way inferior to widely advertised ready-made creams, lotions and tonics.

Owners of oily, porous skin know how difficult it is to care for it; such skin quickly becomes dirty, shiny, and acne appears on it, causing trouble for its owners. If all the cosmetics and masks you have previously used do not help you cope with this problem, do not be discouraged. If you have “kombucha” at home, then consider that the problem of oily skin has been solved. The usual infusion of kombucha is a ready-made lotion that will help you tidy up oily skin, making it soft, elastic and smooth. How to use this lotion? Pour some of the infusion into a small cup so that you have enough for one procedure. Place it in the refrigerator for 1–1.5 hours, then soak a cotton swab in the lotion and wipe your face thoroughly, avoiding contact with sensitive areas of the skin - eyelids, lips. It is advisable to do this procedure in the morning and evening, and for very oily skin - several times a day. By using this lotion every day, after a while you will notice that the sebum secretion characteristic of oily skin has decreased, and the skin has acquired a fresh and healthy appearance.

You can eliminate enlarged pores on oily skin, as well as get rid of the grayish-earthy color, if you regularly use a mask based on tea mushroom infusion. Lightly beat the egg white, add 1 tablespoon of honey heated in a water bath, mix these ingredients thoroughly. Add 1 teaspoon of almond or olive oil, a few drops of lemon or grapefruit juice to 1/4 of a warm 5-7-day infusion of kombucha, stir and pour into the protein-honey mixture, stir everything again. To thicken the composition, you can add a little corn flour.

Take a small piece of gauze cloth, make holes in it for the eyes and mouth, soak the cloth in hot water with the addition of tea soda and, using a plastic stick, apply the resulting mixture onto it in an even layer. After that, apply the mask to previously cleansed facial skin, relax, your face should be in a calm state. Keep the mask on for 10–20 minutes, then remove, wash your face with water at room temperature and lubricate your facial skin with an absorbent cream. It is recommended to make this mask at night or before applying makeup.

The tea mushroom infusion can also be used if your skin often experiences redness, especially in winter and pustular diseases. With such skin, you need to use an unaged infusion so as not to cause irritation, so it should be drained 1-2 days earlier. Soak a cotton swab generously in the cool infusion and wipe your face. Regular use of the infusion guarantees you soft and smooth facial skin, so if you have this kind of problem, then immediately use the method we recommend.

No less trouble occurs for those who have dry skin. Such skin often peels off, and under the influence of wind, sun and frost, unsightly red spots appear on it. And this problem can be solved if you use the constant infusion of “kombucha”, which has miraculous properties. Add a few drops of vegetable or olive oil to the finished 5-7-day infusion, heat slightly over low heat and moisten a cotton swab in the warm infusion, wipe cleansed facial skin (for 1/2 cup of tea mushroom infusion, add 3-5 drops oils). It is better to do this procedure at night. After 3-4 times of using this infusion, the redness and peeling characteristic of this skin type will disappear.

Take gauze or a piece of soft fabric, fold it in 3-5 layers so that the fabric completely covers your face. Make slits for the eyes and mouth. Lubricate your face with a nourishing cream, and your eyelids with a special cream intended for thin skin, generously moisten the cloth in a 2-day tea mushroom infusion and gently apply it to your face. It is better to do this procedure while reclining. After 15–20 minutes, remove the mask and wash with cool water or infusion of chamomile or peppermint. It is enough to apply this mask twice a week, and your skin will become elastic and velvety.

To maintain the water balance of normal skin type, you can use a refreshing mask, which perfectly enhances blood circulation and gives a feeling of freshness. For the mask you will need 3-5 tablespoons of tea mushroom infusion, 1 medium apple and a few drops of lemon juice. Pour 1/2 cup of infusion into a cup. Peel the apple, grate it on a fine grater, add 2-3 drops of lemon juice, stir, pour in the tea mushroom infusion and refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours. Cleanse your face with tonic or cosmetic cream and apply a thin layer of the finished mask to your face. Keep until completely dry.

If you regularly wipe your facial skin, instead of the usual washing with water, with pieces of ice obtained from the tea mushroom infusion, the results will immediately be felt, and your skin will become velvety, smooth and clean, and your complexion will noticeably improve. To make ice, add 2-3 tablespoons of kombucha infusion to a glass of boiled water, pour into molds so that it is convenient for you to use, and freeze in the freezer. Every morning, wipe your face with an ice cube.

The reddish-golden markings of the sun, called freckles, often cause a lot of trouble for lovely ladies. You shouldn’t be upset about the profuse rashes on your face in spring and summer; freckles don’t spoil anyone, but on the contrary, they give your face a unique charm and perkiness. But, as they say, there is no dispute about tastes, and if you don’t like the “gifts of the sun” on your face, an infusion of “kombucha” will help you get rid of them, but not the usual one, but an over-exposed one, which is not suitable for drinking. You can get such an infusion if you leave it for 3-4 days longer than expected. Pour this infusion into a bowl, add a little lemon juice and wipe the skin with freckles several times a day. After drying, there is no need to wash your face or wipe it with anything. You can store this infusion in a regular glass jar in the refrigerator.

You can try another method that has a whitening effect. Grate a medium-sized cucumber on a fine grater and pour in 1 glass of 7-day unsweetened tea mushroom infusion. Mix thoroughly, place the mixture in a glass jar and keep in the sun for 3-5 days. Then strain through several layers of gauze. Apply the prepared lotion to your freckles several times a day. The lotion retains its properties for a long time if stored in the refrigerator.

Many of you probably know that the effect of shiny and silky hair can be obtained if, after the main shampoo, rinse it with water with the addition of acetic acid or lemon juice. Tea mushroom, as you already remember, contains acetic acid. By adding a little tea mushroom infusion to the rinse water, your hair will acquire the same beautiful look as if you used expensive conditioners.

To rinse your hair, you will need 1/2 cup of a 10-15 day old (sour) infusion of tea mushroom. Strain the infusion and cool. After shampooing, rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water. Then pour cool water (1 liter) into a basin, add the infusion and rinse your hair in this water. After rinsing, dry your hair with a terry towel.

Tight shoes, various diseases, and hot weather can cause sweaty feet, making the skin of the feet susceptible to fungal diseases. This, of course, is not very pleasant, so treatment should be started as early as possible. For sweating feet, various infusions of herbs, medicinal pastes and creams are used, the use of which gives very good results.

Your faithful assistant, tea mushroom, will immediately help you get rid of sweaty feet and unpleasant odor. Prepare two contrasting baths from a 5-7-day infusion of “kombucha” - warm and cool, for which 1/2 liter of infusion is heated over low heat until warm, and 1/2 liter of infusion is cooled. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to each bath. Immerse your feet first in a bath with a warm infusion, hold for 5-10 minutes, and then lower your feet into a cool infusion. Do alternating immersion of your feet several times in one or another infusion with the same time interval. Then dry the skin of your feet (but do not wipe them!) on a soft towel and lubricate them with a special foot cream that eliminates sweating.

USING TEA MUSHROOM IN EVERYDAY

“Kombucha simply cannot be replaced in everyday life. All housewives, without exception, know that in order for the dishes to shine and the linen to be clean and soft, you have to spend a lot of effort and money on purchasing various chemicals. “Kombucha” will significantly save your costs and help you cope with some everyday problems.

Itchy woolen items that save us in the winter cold can be softened if, after washing, you rinse them with boiled water with the addition of baking soda and tea mushroom infusion. For 1 liter of water you will need 1/2 cup of unsweetened 7-day-old, strained infusion and 1.5 teaspoons of soda. After rinsing, woolen items are hand-wrung and carefully laid out on a towel so that the item does not stretch out or lose its shape.

Clean dishes with a dazzling shine are the pride of any housewife. Use the “services” of “kombucha” and your dishes will become just like that. After the main wash, rinse the dishes with water and a small amount of tea mushroom infusion (for 1 liter you will need 2-3 tablespoons of infusion). There is no need to dry the dishes after rinsing.

You can revive the shine of silver items by using the following method: pour 1–1.5 cups of 5-day-old, pre-strained tea mushroom infusion into a small saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of baking soda, place silver items in the resulting solution and boil for low heat for 30–40 minutes. Then remove the items, dry them (but do not wash them, otherwise the silver will darken) and polish them with a soft, preferably velvet, cloth.

Knives will not smell like fish if you wash them in an acidic infusion of kombucha and then rinse them with cold water.

You can get rid of the smell of moldy bread in a wooden bread bin by washing it with tea mushroom infusion and apple cider vinegar. Add 1/2 cup of infusion, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to 1 liter of water and wash the bread box with this water. There will be no trace of the unpleasant smell.

Grease stains on clothing are usually very difficult to remove, even with the help of effective, expensive chemicals. If a greasy stain has “settled” on your favorite blouse, don’t be upset, but try to get rid of it as follows: Pour a little infusion (about 1/2 cup) into a glass jar, add 1/4 cup of vodka or alcohol, 2 teaspoons of tooth powder or chalk crushed to a powdery state, mix everything thoroughly and keep in a warm place for 3-5 days. Shake the mixture before use and apply a small amount to greasy stains. Leave until completely dry, then remove chalk or powder with a stiff brush. If the stain was not removed the first time, you can repeat this method several more times.

To make the tiles in your bathroom sparkle, reminiscent of the mirror surface of water, try washing it with an infusion of tea mushroom. To 1/2 liter of strained infusion, add 1 liter of water and 1/4 cup of ammonia. Wash the tiles with this solution, and after drying, wipe thoroughly with a dry soft cloth.

HOME DOCTOR. HEALING PROPERTIES OF TEA MUSHROOM (TREATMENT OF VARIOUS DISEASES)

Many people who have kombucha at home do not think about how healthy it is. It contains a whole complex of substances useful to the human body: alkaloids, sugar, acetic, citric, gluconic, ascorbic and pyruvic acids, caffeine, a small amount of ethyl alcohol, enzymes, vitamins B1, C, P. Why not a home doctor?

The infusion of tea mushroom cures many diseases: hypertension, low acidity, atherosclerosis, headaches, sore throat and other diseases of the upper respiratory tract. So, having such a doctor in an ordinary jar and properly caring for him, you can improve your health and get rid of the ailments that tormented you forever.

The medicinal infusion is somewhat different from the one we drink in its method of preparation. To preserve the healing properties, the infusion used for medicinal purposes should be prepared as follows: for 1 liter of tea leaves, take 30–50 g of sugar, add a little tea leaves and keep the infusion for 3–5 days at a temperature of at least 25 degrees. Only after this the infusion can be used to treat diseases.

The bactericidal effect of the tea mushroom infusion makes it an effective remedy for inflammation of the gums, throat, ulcerative stomatitis, and acute catarrh of the upper respiratory tract. To treat these diseases, the tea mushroom infusion is kept for 2–3 days longer than usual, so that it is stronger, drained, and filtered. In case of inflammatory processes, cold infusion should not be used. For periodontal disease, treat with a warm infusion of tea mushroom. Take a little infusion into your mouth and hold it for 10-15 minutes, then spit it out and take a fresh infusion again. Repeat the procedure several times daily until the inflammation goes away.

Sore throat is a very serious, infectious disease, which is especially difficult for small children. Inflamed tonsils constantly remind themselves of themselves with severe pain when swallowing, which especially worries the child during sleep and eating. Children are usually capricious, not wanting to take bitter pills and mixtures, and mothers have to make a lot of efforts to persuade their sick child to take unwanted medicine. We think your baby will not refuse a tasty medicine that can be prepared from an infusion of “kombucha”, which has strong bactericidal properties and helps reduce high fever.

To prepare a medicinal infusion, dissolve 2-3 tablespoons of honey in 3 liters of water, add a little tea so that the water turns a slightly brownish tint and place the mushroom there. Leave for 7 days, then strain, heat slightly over low heat and give your child 1 tablespoon three times a day, 2 hours before meals. You can also rinse the inflamed tonsils with the infusion several times a day.

For acute respiratory diseases, especially with a pronounced runny nose, lacrimation is helped by a 3-day infusion of sugar-free tea mushroom, which can be instilled into the nose.

If the body's defenses are at particular risk, for example, during outbreaks of influenza epidemics or in contact with someone who has a cold, then in order to protect yourself from insidious bacilli, it is recommended to drink tea mushroom infusion in large quantities. It contains vitamin C, the main component that strengthens the immune system.

For conjunctivoid and pustular skin diseases, doctors advise rinsing with a slightly sweet infusion of tea mushroom. To prepare the infusion, you only need to take a little less sugar than usual, about half. Strain the finished infusion, cool and moisten a cotton swab in it, carefully wipe the affected areas of the skin. Do not be alarmed if you experience itching and tingling of your skin when you initially use the infusion. This reaction is quite natural. After 3-4 times of using the infusion, a crust will appear on the affected areas of the skin, which cannot be peeled off to prevent the penetration of microbes and secondary inflammation. After the crust falls off, you no longer need to use the infusion.

Everyone knows how painful the bites of blood-sucking insects are: mosquitoes, horseflies. And the terrible itching can drive anyone crazy. To get rid of this problem, we recommend lubricating itchy bites with an overexposed infusion of tea mushroom. Pour the 7-day infusion into a bowl and keep in a cool place for 5 days. Lubricate the bites with cool infusion several times a day - the itching will go away, and not a trace will remain of the bite.

Mushroom kvass can also be used to lubricate fresh thermal burns, abrasions and small wounds.

An infusion of tea mushrooms is useful for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. It not only stabilizes digestion, but also relieves discomfort in the stomach. Taking 1 glass of healing infusion 3 hours before meals, you will forever get rid of heaviness in the stomach and unpleasant tingling sensation. If your child flatly refuses to eat, give him a glass of a tasty, carbonated drink that improves appetite before eating.

But tea mushroom, like many other medicines, has contraindications for use. The vigorous drink is strictly contraindicated for people with high acidity of gastric juice, so for those who suffer from this disease, it is better to refuse the tasty infusion, as it can further aggravate your condition and harm your health.

If you suffer from headaches, do not rush to take harmless analgin, but rather drink an infusion of tea mushroom, which will gently relieve the pain that is tormenting you. For throbbing pain in the temple area, we advise you to make a cool compress from a cool infusion of tea mushroom. Soak two small pieces of gauze in the infusion, squeeze lightly and apply to your temples. If after 20 minutes the pain does not decrease, repeat the procedure again. Apply the compress until the pain goes away completely.

For frequent migraine attacks, you can use the following method: pour 1/2 cup of a 7-day infusion of kombucha into a bowl, add 5-6 drops of mint oil and freeze the liquid in the refrigerator until it becomes ice. Wrap the ice in a soft cloth and apply it to the sore area for 10 minutes. Systematic use of a cold compress will relieve you of severe headaches.

Hypertension is perhaps one of the most common cardiovascular diseases, which affects many people aged 30 years and above.

Blood pressure is a kind of indicator of the functioning of the heart and blood vessels. High blood pressure indicates the heart is working hard. Those suffering from this disease know that with high blood pressure, ringing in the ears, dizziness, flickering of “spots” before the eyes, a feeling of numbness in the limbs, rapid heartbeat, a feeling of heaviness in the back of the head appear, and often these symptoms are accompanied by pain in the heart area.

If possible, patients with hypertension should exclude smoked foods, salt, meat, fatty and sweet foods from their diet.

It is not advisable to use medications of chemical origin for a number of reasons: firstly, each body can react differently to one or another type of medication, in addition, side effects that will affect your health cannot be ruled out, and secondly, regular use of one or another use of another drug leads to addiction and constant consumption of a particular drug.

The same home doctor in a jar will help you reduce high blood pressure. Take 1 glass of tea kvass three to four times a day before meals for 2-3 weeks and you will notice an improvement in your well-being.

If your blood pressure exceeds 180, we advise you to prepare a medicine that includes an infusion of “kombucha”. Boil hawthorn berries in a 10-day infusion for 10 minutes, strain, cool to room temperature and take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day before meals for two weeks. Then you need to take a break for 1 month and repeat the treatment if necessary.

The tea mushroom infusion plays a very significant role in the treatment of sclerosis, a disease popularly known as salt deposition that occurs in the vascular walls and cartilage. As a result of the disease, cartilage loses its flexibility and blood vessels lose their elasticity. Often sclerosis affects a vital organ - the heart, as a result of which its functioning is disrupted: interruptions, freezing, and fainting appear.

For the treatment and prevention of sclerosis, along with medications prescribed by the attending physician, an infusion of “kombucha” is used, aged for 5 days. Take the infusion 1/2 cup three times a day, 2 hours after meals. Treatment is carried out in courses: 10 days - treatment, a month - break. If necessary, treatment is repeated.

Undoubtedly, thanks to its healing properties, kombucha will help you get rid of the diseases that have tormented you, but before you start treatment with the infusion of a home doctor, consult your doctor, otherwise self-medication instead of a positive result can cause irreparable damage to your health .

Today we will bring to your attention another lotion that is suitable for any skin - kombucha lotion.

This living lotion, which we don’t even need to prepare, just take and use, was handed down to us by our grandmothers.

However, it is used for different purposes. Amino acids, enzymes, amino acids, organic and mineral substances are contained in the infusion of kombucha.

In Japan, the land of the rising sun, and China, kombucha infusion is popular and used in the treatment of chronic oral diseases, various forms of sore throat and other ailments.

But at the moment we are interested in a seven-day infusion of kombucha, which is a ready-made lotion.

This lotion is very effective for porous, oily skin, prone to redness, acne and various pustular diseases.

How to use Kombucha lotion?

Pour the kombucha infusion into a cup, just a little, as much as necessary for one procedure.

We wet a cotton pad with it and thoroughly wipe the skin of the face and neck along the massage lines. The exceptions are lips and eyelids.

Don’t be lazy, take a full month’s course of using kombucha lotion. After just a few of these procedures, you will notice that the sebum secretion of the skin has decreased significantly, the usually grayish-earthy skin has become fresher and prettier.

As I already said, kombucha lotion is suitable for any skin.

Let's fold the oil or a wide bandage into six to seven layers, but so that the fabric can completely cover the face.

Let's make slits for the lips and mouth. Apply nourishing cream or vegetable oil, such as olive, to the lower eyelids and lips. If your facial skin is dry, lubricate your entire face.

These are the wonderful effects that kombucha gives for the face, but one condition is necessary - the systematic use of masks and lotion made from it. To find time for these masks, read and create a self-care plan.
