 It is well established historically that the Czech cuisine was always considered as the cuisine of ethnographic regions and territories and it was always associated with foodstuff produced in that regions, i.e. with local raw materials, traditions and the way of life of people living there. It is interesting to note that the Czech cuisine was influenced by the Bavarian, Austrian, Saxon, Hungarian and Polish cuisines for centuries and this allowed it to take in the best traditions but at the same time to create its own unique taste. Historical sources represent the Czech cuisine as the cuisine of desserts, the widest variety of sauces and, of course, the cuisine of Knödels. The traditional Czech cuisine offers a wide choice of dishes with quality meat, game and poultry, fresh-water fish, fruits and vegetables.


  
     

The guests of the Festival will be able to taste such traditional Czech dishes as Baked fillet of pork, Duck confi, Goulash made with black beer. All the dishes are cooked by professional Czech chefs with foodstuff supplied from the Czech Republic.
